Together they have more than 1 million electricity customers.
Lumo currently operates in Victoria and South Australia, with two residential plans and two to three business plans to choose from.

Lumo Energy offers two GreenPower plans for residential and business customers in SA and one in VIC.

Does Lumo Energy offer business plans?
In order to benefit from a Lumo Energy business plan, you first need to be qualified as a small business.
A small business in Victoria needs to use 40MWh for electricity and less than or equal to 1TJ for gas annually.
A small business in South Australia needs to use 160MWh for electricity and less than or equal to 1TJ for gas annually.

Ways to pay your bills
Pay your bill online, by direct debit, by phone, BPAY,, mail or in person at Australia Post or Centrelink.
You can also post a cheque.
To avoid large bills, you can spread your payments with EvenPay®, where set amounts are regularly deducted by direct debit.
