  I completed an online request for comparisons among health insurance policies. I got a prompt response with easy-to-follow comparisons among policies that helped me better understand the structure of cover among policies and levels of cover for hospital and extras. This was followed up by Compare Club with a phone chat to arrange a formal phone call to settle on a policy that best suited our changed circumstances (retirement). Gary, for Compare Club, made that review process simple and guided me through the process of understanding and completing that review to update our health insurance for a more suitable policy. This transitioned to a final phone call from Compare Club to put into action the new policy. Very smooth process with constant prompts to ensure my understanding. I was most impressed!

  operator was great

  operator was great unfortunately he did not realize that cards are not issued until 10 days after payment therefore as we are going to the mainland on the 25th we would not have had them we have now paid this months fee and the cards will arrive in 10 days also you cannot download the app until payment is made

  Easy to do over the phone. Very helpful, polite customer service. Alway keeping me up to date with the new policy via text. Explained how to answer some questions as there were some grey areas. I Achieved my end goal. A better policy for my future. Thank you Hasan. 😄

  Well it is always a good thing when someone not only saves you money but also gives you better coverage, that's what they did for us. They did the hard work for our private health cover and had us paying less for better benefits. It was a win win for us.
