Childcare Comparison continues growth with national rollout

Since November 2019, thousands of parents in New South Wales and Victoria have found the best-licensed childcare for their needs on Compare Club are delighted to announce this service is now available nationwide. As of March 2020 families across Australia are now able to choose from hundreds of childcare centres across the country.

For the last 20 years, the demand for childcare has increased year-on-year, and we expect it to keep rising. During the 2018-19 financial year, more than 1.6 million children attended approved childcare and were eligible for the Child Care Subsidy. Therefore, we know this is a tool that is only going to become more necessary.

If you’re a parent looking for childcare, Childcare Comparison will help you find the best option for you by comparing centres on what matters most. Filter your options by accreditation ratings, education styles, carer to child ratios, opening hours, and whether you want care close to home or work. It’s easy to use and will provide you with everything you need to make an informed decision.

The response from both parents and the centres has been extremely positive, according to CEO Andrew Davis. ‘Centres love being able to interview parents they otherwise wouldn’t have reached. Parents find it helpful to discuss their needs with an independent childcare consultant who can arrange for them to visit and assess one, two or three centres that meet their particular needs.’

In Australia, there is an oversupply of childcare facilities, meaning some centres struggle to bring in the number of children they need to operate efficiently and at a profit. Childcare Comparison helps centres to bring in new children, without centres having to outlay a single dollar until a child is enrolled.

From allowing parents to speak to industry experts to supporting childcare centres in attracting more customers, Childcare Comparison is here to help.
