Your phone operator knew my detais from previous usage of your servicewhich made it easy to compare. He took a great deal of trouble to tailor my needs with the coverage on offer. We ended up with an HCF policy which should serve me well at several hundred dollars less than I was paying at Bupa.

McColl is very helpful.
McColl is very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain entitlements, enabling the buyer to easily make a decision. We took up multiple policies. Service was great. His accent is a little strong at times :-) but the message gets through okay!

The timing of the call was very convenient as I had just been notified by Hbf that they were removing Health Scope hospitals from their list of providers. I always used Health a Health scope as I live very close by. Your representative when out of his way to ensure I had an alternative provider, NIB with an equally good plan at basically the same price. I was very satisfied with the result and the attitude of the representative.
