Are you showing me all the providers and products?

We don't compare every provider in the market, but we work with a wide range of well-known providers that cover a large portion of products. Unfortunately some providers choose not to be part of comparison services. If you're ever unsure, just click the (+More) link on our product pages to see exactly which partners are included and which ones aren't. That way, you always know what you're comparing.

Will I get a better deal going direct to the provider?

Some brands may offer exclusive direct-only pricing but our customers often tell us they uncover better value or more suitable cover after comparing multiple providers side by side. Plus, when it comes to switching, we make it faster, easier, and hassle-free by managing the entire process for you.

Do you get paid to recommend certain products?

No. The recommendations you see are based on your needs, not commissions or paid recommendations. Products are ranked by how well they match what you're after - like price, features and value. And if you're chatting to our agents, their commission structure is not incentivised to push a particular product.

How does Compare Club make money?

Our service is free for you. We receive a fee from providers when you purchase through us, but you'll pay the same price as you would if you went to the provider directly for the same policy. No hidden fees. No surprise costs.

Why are you calling me so much?

We get it - too many calls can be frustrating. We're looking to reduce how many times we call you and improve how we follow up, including options like SMS, email or online-only support.

What if you don't do what you promised?

We're committed to delivering what we say. If anything goes wrong, we want to know and make it right. We monitor our team's performance closely and use your feedback to constantly improve how we operate.

Things you should know

As our customer you'll be provided with quotes directly from the insurer for the product you intend to purchase. We manage the application and deal with the administration work and insurer. We do not charge you a fee for the service we provide, the insurer simply remunerates us in return for setting up your policy.
