  Good product knowledge

  Taylor was patient and helpful whilst I was trying to email my previous electricity account. He explained advantages of updating my current plan which was very old. Suggested updating every 6 months as circumstance's change. He also explained clearly advantages of new V plan.

  Great guidance…

  I did not like to leave my previous insurer but the agent I spoke to explained the process and looked into an equally good company which offered better terms at a cheaper price. He also advised he would noticy my previous insurer and set up my account with the new insurer

  Fantastic Customer Experience

  We would like to sincerely thank Sophie Mathews for her professionalism and determination to help Re- Finance our Home Loan. During this process we had many hurdles to get through to clear our Debts and were consistently kept in the loop and aware of how the loan was progressing. As I was told “I will keep my promise to help you out’. Sophie was true to her word and gave us confidence and a sigh of relief during this journey to Re - Finance our Home Loan when another Broker did not assist and never returned my call once I explained my financial situation. Therefore, I recommend to contact Sophie at Compare Club as she went over and above to assist us. Well done and thank you for everything!!

  Hi Recieved a call from Compare Club regarding health insurance normally to busy to talk as working. But fortunately for me they rang at the right time and they ended up changing my existing policy to another supplier saving me money. Pays sometimes to take the call and note they were very thorough with all questions and answers.
