I originally rang re our health insurance and after I was advised that the deal we are on couldn't be approved, I was then asked if I wanted to review our electricity and gas bills, which I agreed to. I was then transferred to Kevin who was a wonderful help, and we ended up reverting from Origin to Engie which is reducing our annual gas payments.
