In speaking with your consultant, I had my questions answered and on one occasion he sought clarification to a specific question I asked. I did not feel forced to change providers.

I was happy with the approach from your consultant, friendly, courteous easy to speak with. I accepted the recommendation to switch health funds. Once the application was processed I reviewed the cover offered and found the benefits were not to my expectations. Particularly benefit limits cancelled out any gains in premium savings. I activated the 10 day cooling off clause and have stayed with my original health insurer.

There salesperson was very helpful and patient. Once I received the relevant details from the new providers, I was able to check costs and there was a definite saving for both electricity and gas.

My premiums are higher than quoted as the agent didnt take into account the Federal tax break. My income places me in a tax tier higher than the quote. Agent probably should have know this and factored in my income range
