All Too Easy: I did receive several phone calls after making my initial contact with Compare but the day Jack Severien contacted me and very easily asked me if there was any one area in particular I had concern with, I decided he was prepared to listen to my worry with Extras coverage as I am nearly 80. He was extremely helpful and without even trying to find my Bupa details 'on file', I gave Jack the details he required to make an immediate change in my Health Fund. Jack has an exceptional way of dealing with people and their queries and I became more comfortable the more I learnt about Australian Unity from him. I also received a very helpful call from Onzzy.
