The man who helped me took his/my time…
The man who helped me took his/my time to explain and answer all my questions. He was pleasant and helpful. And, when I had to leave, we agreed upon a time and day when he would ring me back. He rang me at exactly the time we agreed upon. So I sorted my electricity and gas suppliers. I would like to use Compare Club for health insurance, but the woman who I spoke to did not ring back at the agreed upon time—twice.
