  operator was great

  operator was great unfortunately he did not realize that cards are not issued until 10 days after payment therefore as we are going to the mainland on the 25th we would not have had them we have now paid this months fee and the cards will arrive in 10 days also you cannot download the app until payment is made

  Easy to do over the phone

  Easy to do over the phone. Very helpful, polite customer service. Alway keeping me up to date with the new policy via text. Explained how to answer some questions as there were some grey areas. I Achieved my end goal. A better policy for my future. Thank you Hasan. 😄

  Better private health for less

  Well it is always a good thing when someone not only saves you money but also gives you better coverage, that's what they did for us. They did the hard work for our private health cover and had us paying less for better benefits. It was a win win for us.
