  Refinanced with great success

  I initially had a bit of a wonky experience with Compare Club when the person that I was dealing with changed departments in the middle of the process. However, I was reassigned to Sophie who turned everything around. I have now refinanced and am very happy with the result. Will be going to Sophie again for future needs.

  Grant was fantastic

  Grant was fantastic, he was on the ball & even talked me through how to upload certain documents. When it cam came time to settle & I asked for a closer settlement, he was able to assist in this, resulting in an earlier settlement by almost 2 weeks. Fantastic is not a good enough word. Thx you Grant, ur truely wonderful 😁

  My Broker Changed My Life!

  My broker is Grant Ross and he has been so very helpful from the beginning. I'm a single income and needed to refinance my mortgage after coming off fixed term. I went from 1.1% to a whopping 7.9% thru my big bank. I was working to pay my mortgage, with very little left over each week. He was positive from the start even though I wasn't, as I had experienced a financial hardship issue last year due to illness. He found me a bank who would take me on and even extend my loan over a longer period when my current bank wouldn't. Settlement is today! So grateful for Grant's help! This has been life changing.

  Very helpful and patient

  The team at Compare were very helpful in aiding me in getting all the information needed and patient with setbacks and holdups by my bank in getting my mortgage refinanced with a much better interest rate saving me $K's over the time of the loan.

  We recently refinanced and consolidated debt through Compare Club. Our broker provided us with prompt, efficient communication that was easy to understand. They were also able to find us a better deal that suited our situation. They kept us informed about the process - which was a month from initial conversation - right up to settlement.   Genuine, beyond friendly and professional

  Honestly, I have absolutely been blown away by the level of customer service, care, and dedication Grant and the rest of the team at compare club have shown to us while refinancing. Grant has been so committed to our needs and was positive and driven though out the lengthy process. Refinancing can be an absolute nightmare, (particularly after nine consecutive interest rate rises!) but Grant was ahead of the game, honest, and truly worked tirelessly for us to achieve the best result possible, without overselling or pushing anything on us that wouldn’t suit us. Not that we need it now, but I would certainly turn back to him for a future refinance or simply more advice moving forward. I could not be more grateful!
