Breaking News: Cash Rate Cut by 0.25%.

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) just cut the cash rate** by 0.25% - a welcome move for borrowers, finally delivering on what many were hoping for. This is good news, but don’t expect your bank to pass the full cut on straight away.

Many lenders take their time - or sometimes don’t fully pass it on at all. Are you going to let that slide?

What happens when you refinance?

A lower home loan interest rate can:

  • decrease your home loan repayments

  • save you $$$

  • helps build up your savings buffer for the future.

Some Aussie mortgage holders are still paying over $1,250 more per month for their home loans than at this time last year^.

Switching your current home loan could save you thousands.

Compare Club has hundreds of home loans from over 50 lenders - including some that are only available via a broker.
