The exercise was reasonably straightforward.
The exercise was reasonably straightforward. I wanted an alternative to the ever increasing power bill charges. I was given an alternative plan with the same supplier but no other options to consider. This same plan had been an option listed on my power bill some time ago but I had not taken up the offer. I will now assess this new plan and see how it goes. The operator made the change simple and smooth and did a good job.
