Founded in 2006, Synergy is based in Western Australia and is the state’s largest energy provider. They have 1 million residential, business and industrial customers. You can choose from three residential plans and 13 business plans, each tailored to meet specific needs.

While Synergy doesn’t have a rewards program, it does a lot of work to support the local community.

Synergy offers GreenPower to residential and business customers. Customers can nominate the percentage of green energy they’d like.

GreenPower is available from 65c extra per week, and Green Gas starts at $1 extra per week.

Ways to pay your bills

You can pay your bills through direct debit, direct debit by instalment or the My Account portal. You can pay online using your debit or credit card, your bank account or BPAY. You can also pay in person at Australia Post, over the phone, via Centrepay or through the mail.

Does Synergy offer member benefits?

Synergy allows customers who combine Paperless, My Account and Direct Debit and pay by the due date to automatically be entered into the eConnect draw to win 1 of 10 $200 credits against your Synergy account.
