Everyone was polite
Everyone was polite, asked relevant questions and answered all my questions. Although Compare Club couldn't find a better health fund then the one we're with, they did organize fantastic savings on Electricity and Gas accounts.

This company did the right thing by me
This company did the right thing by me. I used the service to compare PHI, and they found me a marginally better deal, but with a reward incentive (gift card) for using the service. I did have some issues with unclear info about how to access that gift card, which meant I almost totally missed getting it. In a bit of a flap, I reached out to ther company directly. Although the initial agent was unavailable, I received EXCELLENT support from an agent named Breeanna, who went above and beyond to ensure the incentive I had been offered, was honoured. Based on her help and resolution, I would recommend this service. A heads up for anyone considering the service - diarise yourself a reminder to check back in on the CC portal to collect any rewards your expect after the waiting period. I had (incorrectly) assumed it woudl be delivered to me, but the system required that you seek it out.

Spoke with Anthony he was very helpful , treated with the utmost respect guiding me through the process. Sent me a copy of the new plan for review and I rang him back for confirm. As I am not switching across until 2nd of May we will see how the transfer goes

It's So easy to compare and save money
I spoke to Compare club's staff member and explained my concerns about rising costs. He asked exactly what type of health cover I was looking for and how much coverage etc. It took him only a few minutes and he came back to me with a health cover that was extremely good. I said I wanted to switch providers, gave him my details and It was all arranged within a 20 minute phone call. No hassles and all complete. Thankyou
