It was the sales person Sam that explained every part of the contract so easy for me to understand. It was the follow up by most of the staff to ring & say I see where you have signed up with compare club. Why would they ring if they knew this. Not good home work

They did all the comparison work for me…
They did all the comparison work for me and gave me a competitive price. I haven't had the chance to experience my new health fund, but from the conversation I had with the compare club team, it sounds good to switch and compare now & then. Otherwise I would still be paying overs. I gave 4 stars as I haven't had the full experience yet, but I'm happy they helped.
